*Cash on Delivery (COD Orders):

If a Cash on Delivery order is placed by the customer, it goes through a verification process via WhatsApp or call (via the logistics team). Before the dispatch happens, it’s mandatory to verify your address and order details.

We have all rights to cancel the order if it’s not been verified within 24 to 48 hours.

* Process of Delivery:

1. Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost
immediately.

2. Then, your item is passed through 3-layer quality check before handing over to our packaging
team.

3. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

4. Then, your item is shipped to your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from SIVASAMGI Team with all the tracking

CANCELLATION by SIVASAMGI:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged the said amount will be reversed back in yourm Account with Voucher Credit, you can use the same amount to order anything else from the website anytime with no validity period.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
