Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't need an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information for faster checkout in the future, track your orders, and view your order history.

How will I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please don’t forget to check your spam and move us to your inbox so you don’t miss important updates from us.

How can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?

Please contact us ASAP to update the address or phone number on +91 7219573565. However, once the order has been shipped, address changes are not possible!

What payment options are available?

Sivasamgi accepts COD Orders and for Prepaid, we are supported by Razorpay, a payment gateway that accepts payments via UPI, all credit & debit cards, and Netbanking. Please note, payment is collected in Indian rupees (INR).

I tried to make a payment, but it failed or an amount was deducted, but the order was not placed successfully. What should I do?

Don’t worry, your money is absolutely safe.

In case you’re not sure if your order was successful, please check your inbox. A successful order is confirmed via email, which may land in your spam or junk folder. If there’s nothing there or in your inbox, please get in touch with our Customer support Team via WhatApp (+917219573565) or email (info@sivasamgi.com) to check if your order went through.

In case your order was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted, the amount will be reversed to your source account within 10-12 working days.

Why did my COD order get cancelled?

After placing a COD order, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message for order and address confirmation. You can confirm your order there.
Alternatively, you’ll get a call within 24 hours for confirmation.
If the order isn’t confirmed through WhatsApp or call within 48 hours, it will be automatically cancelled.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an order tracking email from our logistics partner iThink Logistics once your order is shipped. You can use the tracking link in that email to check your order’s status anytime.
Please don't forget to check your spam folder.

How long will it take to dispatch my order once placed?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after being placed.
Please note, if your order is placed on a Saturday, it will be dispatched on Monday.
